Personal data collected
Forms may collect name, email, phone or LINE, preferred contact channel, inquiry type, message, listing context, locale, source URL, consent time, user agent, and a hashed IP address.
Purpose and consent
Data is used to reply, match clients or owners to listings, arrange follow-up, reduce spam, and keep a basic consent record. Form submission requires consent.
Retention
Inquiry records are reviewed at least every 12 months and kept only while needed for follow-up, service records, safety, legal claims, or required business records.
Processors and storage
Data may be stored or processed by hosting, database, email, CDN, queue, backup, and storage providers, including providers outside Thailand. Access should be limited to people who need it.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or clarification about inquiry data linked to your contact details.
Security
The site should use HTTPS, restricted admin access, hashed IP storage, backups, and operational access controls to reduce unauthorized access or disclosure.
